Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

 

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The packaging of the ordered product must be unopened.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Elysianne.de, Heide 5, 23966 Wismar, Germany) in writing at service@elysianne.de of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you register the return by email at service@elysianne.de before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery (§ 312g para. 2 no. 3 BGB).

This includes, in particular, cosmetic devices and skin care products that come into direct contact with the skin when used as intended.

 

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (but excluding additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the date of receipt of the return at our warehouse.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than three days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the three-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to compensate for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

Please keep proof of return until we have issued a refund or sent a new order. This proof should include the return address, the weight of the package and, if applicable, a tracking number. Such proof can be, for example, the postal receipt. Please ensure that the employee of the shipping service provider notes this data on the postal receipt.

Returns that are received without prior registration and are outside the withdrawal period, as well as damaged or used items and items that do not meet our return policy, will be kept for a period of 7 days. Within this period, we expect you to provide a return label to send the goods back to you. Otherwise, we reserve the right to donate the items to a charitable organization.

Should you not provide us with a return label after the deadline, we reserve the right to refund you only 30% of the purchase price.

 

Cost of return

You generally bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For processing and original shipping to you, we charge a flat rate of €4.50 per return, which will be deducted from your refund.

 

Refund for loss of value

You only have to compensate for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

 

Discounts and benefits

Offers guaranteed by Elysianne.de in connection with a previous order can only be guaranteed in connection with the aforementioned order. In the event of a return of the aforementioned related orders, the order that was reduced will be refunded. Any offer, discount or other benefit provided by us is voluntary. Repeated granting does not create a legal claim to future discounts, promotions or other benefits.

Please note that these promotions are a closed offer. In the event of a return, it must therefore be noted that the promotion for the entire order expires and the free item must be added to the return.

 

Gifts

Gifts guaranteed by Elysianne.de in connection with a previous order can only be guaranteed in connection with the aforementioned order. In the event of a return or partial return of the aforementioned related orders, the gift must also be returned if the conditions for the gift are no longer met in order to receive a refund. Example: For an offer where you receive a free gift if you buy multiple items. If, for example, the purchase of at least two specific items is necessary to receive the gift and you return an item to us, Elysianne.de, you must also return the gift to us to receive a refund. If you have returned the paid items and kept the free gift, it will be offset against the returned items.

 

Return

You have the right to return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt of the package, provided that the goods arrive at our warehouse within this period.

We only accept returns of new, unused and originally packaged goods. If your order shows a defect or products are missing, this must be registered in advance. Otherwise, there is no guarantee that the full purchase price can be refunded.

Should your right of return be exceeded and we have not previously confirmed an extended right of return, your return will be sent back to you at your expense. If we do not receive a return label from you within 7 days, we reserve the right to donate the items to a charitable organization.

Please note: We currently do not offer free returns. However, it is not excluded that we may offer you free returns for certain promotions in the future.

The return address will be communicated to you immediately after registering the return.
