Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The packaging of the ordered product must be unopened.

The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Elysianne.de, Heide 5, 23966 Wismar, Germany) in writing to service@elysianne.de of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the return before the cancellation period has expired by email to Register at service@elysianne.de .

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery (Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 3 of the German Civil Code).

This includes, in particular, cosmetic devices and skin care products that come into direct contact with the skin when used as intended.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (but excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the date of receipt of the returned goods at our warehouse.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than three days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the three-day period.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

Please keep proof of return until we have issued a refund or dispatched a new order. This proof should include the return address, the weight of the package, and, if applicable, a tracking number. This proof could be, for example, the postage receipt. Please ensure that the shipping agent notes this information on the postage receipt.

Returns received without prior notification, within the cancellation period, as well as items that are damaged or used, and in a condition that does not comply with our return policy, will be retained for a period of 7 days. Within this period, we expect you to provide a return label to return the goods to you. Otherwise, we reserve the right to donate the items to a charitable organization.

If you do not provide us with a return label after the deadline, we reserve the right to refund only 30% of the purchase price.

Return costs

You will generally bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For processing and initial shipping to you, we charge a flat rate of €4.50 per return, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refund in case of loss of value

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

Discounts and benefits

Offers guaranteed in connection with a previous order through Elysianne.de can only be guaranteed in connection with the previously mentioned order. In the event of a return of the above-mentioned related orders, the order for which the discount was applied will be refunded. Any offer, discount, or other benefit provided by Elysianne.de is voluntary. Even if offered multiple times, no legal entitlement to future discounts, promotions, or other benefits arises.

Please note that these promotions are a closed offer. In the event of a return, please note that the promotion will be void for the entire order, and the free item must be included in the return.

Gifts

Gifts that are related to a previous order by Elysianne.de guarantees can only be guaranteed in connection with the aforementioned order. In the event of a return or even a partial return of the above-mentioned related orders, the gift must also be returned if the conditions for the gift are no longer met in order to receive a refund. Example: In the case of an offer where you receive a free gift if you purchase multiple items. For example, if the purchase of at least two specific items is required to receive the gift and you return an item to us, Elysianne.de, you must also return the gift to us to receive a refund. If you returned the paid items and kept the free gift, it will be offset against the returned items.

Return

You have the right to return the goods to us within 14 days of receiving the package, provided that the goods arrive at our warehouse within this period.

We only accept returns for new, unused, and original packaging. If your order is defective or missing items, you must notify us in advance. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee a full refund.

If your return period has expired and we haven't previously confirmed an extended return period, your return will be sent back to you at your expense. If we don't receive a return label from you within 7 days, we reserve the right to donate the items to a charitable organization.

Please note: We currently do not offer free returns. However, we may be able to offer free returns for certain promotions in the future.

The return address will be communicated to you immediately after you register your return.
