Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The packaging of the ordered product must be unopened.

The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last good.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Elysianne.de, Heide 5, 23966 Wismar, Germany) in writing to service@elysianne.de of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the return shipment before the cancellation period has expired by email to service@elysianne.de .

consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (but excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days of receipt of the return shipment at our warehouse.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse to repay until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than three days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the three-day period.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

Please keep proof of return until we have issued a refund or sent a new order. This proof should include the return address, the weight of the package and, if applicable, a tracking number. Such proof can be, for example, the postage receipt. Make sure that the shipping service employee notes this information on the postage receipt.

Returns received without prior notification, after the cancellation period, damaged or used items and items that do not comply with our return policy will be kept for a period of 7 days. Within this period, we expect you to provide a return label to send the goods back to you. Otherwise, we reserve the right to donate the items to a charitable organization.

If you do not provide us with a return label after the deadline, we reserve the right to only refund you 30% of the purchase price.

You will generally bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For processing and original shipping to you, we charge a flat rate of €4.50 per return, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Offers guaranteed in connection with a previous order by Elysianne.de can only be guaranteed in connection with the previously mentioned order. In the event of a return of the above-mentioned related orders, the order that was reduced will be refunded. Any offer, discount or other benefit provided by Elysianne.de is voluntary. Even if it is granted multiple times, no legal claim to future discounts, promotions or other benefits arises.

Please note that these promotions are a closed offer. In the event of a return, please note that the promotion will expire for the entire order and the free item must be added to the return.

Gifts

Gifts received in connection with a previous order by Elysianne.de can only be guaranteed in connection with the aforementioned order. In the event of a return or even a partial return of the above-mentioned related orders, the gift must also be returned if the conditions for the gift are no longer met in order to receive a refund. Example: In the case of an offer where you receive a free gift if you purchase several items. For example, if a purchase of at least two specific items is necessary to receive the gift and you return an item to us, Elysianne.de, you must also return the gift to us in order to receive a refund. If you have returned the paid items and kept the free gift, it will be offset against the returned items.

You have the right to return the goods to us within 14 days of receiving the package, provided that the goods arrive at our warehouse within this period.

We only accept returns for new, unused goods in their original packaging. If your order is defective or products are missing, this must be reported in advance. Otherwise, there is no guarantee that the full purchase price can be refunded.

If your right of return has expired and we have not previously confirmed an extended right of return, your return will be sent back to you at your expense. If we do not receive a return label from you within 7 days, we reserve the right to donate the items to a charitable organization.

Please note: We do not currently offer free returns. However, it is not impossible that we will be able to offer you free returns for certain promotions in the future.

The return address will be communicated to you immediately after you register your return.
