Shipping information

For fast and convenient shipping, we use DHL or Hermes parcel shipping including tracking. The majority of our orders are shipped locally from Germany. Only a small portion of our shipments are sent from our international warehouse. We are proud to offer fast and reliable shipping free of charge for orders over 30 € (international over 49 €).

Standard shipping within Germany takes 2-8 business days (excluding public holidays and weekends). After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number which you can use to check the status of your shipment online at any time here.

Shipping to Packstations

We also ship to Packstations. If you would like your order delivered to a Packstation, please enter "Packstation" followed by the Packstation number in the "Street" field. Your Post number must be entered in the additional address field (apartment, room, etc.).

Returns

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A tracking number is absolutely essential for your return. Without a tracking number, no liability can be assumed for the loss of the goods. We therefore strongly recommend that you track your return to ensure that it reaches us safely. For processing and original shipping to you, we charge a flat fee of €4.50 per return, which will be deducted from your refund amount. Please note that the processing of your return, including checking the returned goods and refunding the purchase price, can take up to 14 business days. We strive to process this as quickly as possible and ask for your understanding regarding any potential delays.
